By accessing or using ShopsFileLinks.com, creating an account, submitting or publishing content, or purchasing a paid service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

References in these Terms to “ShopsFileLinks”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Website” or “Platform” refer to OPEN DIROLINE BOOST S.R.L.
2. What ShopsFileLinks is
ShopsFileLinks is an online directory and advertising platform designed to help visitors discover businesses, online shops, products, services, creators, professionals, websites and social media profiles.
Registered users may create listings or advertisements containing descriptions, images, business information, contact information and links to websites, online stores, product pages and social media profiles.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ShopsFileLinks does not sell the products or services advertised by its users and is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor or provider of those products or services.
When a visitor follows a link from ShopsFileLinks to another website, marketplace, online shop or social media platform, any subsequent transaction or relationship is normally between the visitor and that third party.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create a registered account or purchase paid ShopsFileLinks services.

Listings should be submitted to the most appropriate category available.
ShopsFileLinks may review content before or after publication.
Submission of an advertisement does not create an automatic right to publication.
We may reject, restrict, suspend or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with applicable law, protect users or maintain the proper operation and integrity of the Platform.
6. External links and social media links
External links are an important feature of ShopsFileLinks.
Users may include relevant links to official websites, online shops, product pages, social media profiles, marketplace profiles or listings, booking platforms, portfolio websites and other relevant online resources.
External links must be relevant to the listing and must not intentionally redirect visitors to illegal, fraudulent, malicious or misleading websites.
ShopsFileLinks does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, security, products, services, privacy practices or terms and conditions.
Users should review the applicable policies and terms of any external website before making a purchase, booking, payment or other transaction.
The presence of an external link on ShopsFileLinks does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or approval by ShopsFileLinks unless this is expressly stated.
7. User content
Users remain responsible for the content that they submit or publish.
User content may include names, titles, descriptions, photographs, images, videos, logos, trademarks, prices, contact information, business information, website links, social media links and product or service information.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis necessary to use and publish that content.
You must not upload or publish content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
8. Ownership and licence for user content
You retain ownership of the original content that you publish on ShopsFileLinks.
Publishing content on ShopsFileLinks does not transfer ownership of your copyright, photographs, descriptions, logos or other intellectual property to ShopsFileLinks.
By submitting or publishing content, you grant ShopsFileLinks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, display and distribute that content where reasonably necessary to operate and promote ShopsFileLinks and your listing.
This may include displaying listing content on ShopsFileLinks pages, internal search results, category and location pages, promotional material for ShopsFileLinks, ShopsFileLinks social media accounts and previews or promotional communications relating to the Platform.
This licence does not prevent you from using your content elsewhere.
The licence generally ends when the content is permanently removed, except where temporary technical backups, legal retention requirements or promotional material already produced require limited continued use.
9. ShopsFileLinks intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the ShopsFileLinks brand, website design, software, layout, graphics and original website content belong to OPEN DIROLINE BOOST S.R.L. or its respective licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit protected ShopsFileLinks material without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
The publication of third-party trademarks, company names or logos within advertisements does not mean that those trademarks belong to ShopsFileLinks.
10. Prohibited content
You must not use ShopsFileLinks to publish, promote, distribute or facilitate content or activities that are illegal under applicable law.
Prohibited content includes, where unlawful or otherwise prohibited by these Terms:

content promoting or facilitating terrorism;

unlawful threats or incitement to violence;

content whose publication is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

ShopsFileLinks may restrict additional content where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, user safety or Platform integrity.
11. Spam, manipulation and misuse
Users must not publish large numbers of duplicate or substantially identical listings, use misleading titles or descriptions, insert unrelated keywords for the purpose of manipulating search visibility, impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, distribute malware or malicious links, attempt unauthorized access to the Website or another user's account, interfere with the proper operation of ShopsFileLinks or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the Platform.
We may restrict accounts or listings involved in such activities.
12. Images and photographs
Images used in a listing should be relevant to the content advertised.
Users must have the necessary rights or authorization to publish uploaded photographs, images, logos and other visual material.
ShopsFileLinks may remove images that infringe third-party rights, are misleading, contain illegal material, are unrelated to the listing or otherwise violate these Terms.
13. Contact information and personal information
Users should only publish contact information that they are legally entitled to make public.
Users must not publish highly sensitive information belonging to another person without authorization.
Passwords, payment-card credentials, identity-document numbers and other confidential security information should never be included in a public listing.
14. Duration and expiry of advertisements
The validity period of an advertisement may depend on the type of listing, package or service selected.
The applicable validity period will be shown to the user in connection with the publication of the advertisement and/or within the user's account after publication.
Once the validity period has expired, the advertisement may become inactive, expire, be archived or be removed from public display.
Where available, users may renew or republish their advertisements.
Users are responsible for reviewing the validity period shown for their advertisements and for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.
15. Paid services
ShopsFileLinks may offer paid services including premium listings, promoted listings, advertising packages, additional publication features, account credits and other promotional services.
The applicable price and principal conditions of a paid service will be displayed before purchase.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the circumstances and information shown during the purchase process.
Payment methods offered by ShopsFileLinks may include credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or other payment methods made available on the Website.
Availability of a payment method may depend on country, currency or service.
16. Credits
ShopsFileLinks may allow users to purchase or receive account credits which can be used for eligible services on the Platform.
Credits are associated with the relevant user account, may only be used for eligible ShopsFileLinks services, normally cannot be transferred between accounts and are not electronic money or a bank deposit.
Credits cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
Where purchased credits have an expiry period, that expiry period must be displayed or communicated to the user in connection with the purchase or credit conditions.
If no expiry period has been communicated for purchased credit, the credit will not be treated as expired solely on the basis of these Terms.
Promotional, bonus or free credits may be subject to separate validity conditions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Rejected paid advertisements
Payment does not guarantee publication of content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If a newly submitted paid advertisement is rejected because it does not comply with our publication rules, ShopsFileLinks may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, allow the user to correct the advertisement, return the corresponding amount as account credit, provide another appropriate remedy or issue a monetary refund where legally required.
No provision in these Terms limits a refund or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
18. Right of withdrawal and consumer rights
Users who qualify as consumers under European Union or other applicable consumer legislation may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
For certain services purchased online, EU consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the legally applicable period.
Where a consumer expressly requests that a paid service begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the consequences of that request will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

ShopsFileLinks does not guarantee the identity of every advertiser, the availability of an advertised product or service, external prices, product quality, delivery, booking availability, payment between third parties, third-party warranties, accuracy of content on external websites or the outcome of a transaction carried out outside ShopsFileLinks.
Visitors should conduct appropriate checks before making payments or entering into transactions with third parties.
21. Content moderation
ShopsFileLinks may moderate content where necessary to enforce these Terms or applicable law.
Moderation measures may include requesting changes, reducing visibility, rejecting publication, temporarily suspending a listing, removing a listing, limiting account functionality, temporarily suspending an account or permanently terminating an account.
When deciding whether action is appropriate, ShopsFileLinks may consider the content itself, applicable law, these Terms, the seriousness of the violation, whether the violation is repeated, risks to users, evidence supplied in a report and fraud or security concerns.
Where required by applicable law, affected users will be provided with information concerning moderation decisions and available means of redress.

When a listing or account is deleted from ShopsFileLinks, copies or references may temporarily remain visible in third-party search-engine results, caches or archives.
ShopsFileLinks does not control the time required by external search providers to update or remove cached search results.

ShopsFileLinks processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.
The Privacy Policy provides further information about personal data collected, purposes of processing, legal bases, cookies and similar technologies, data recipients, retention, user rights and contact information.
28. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep ShopsFileLinks available and functioning correctly, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, hosting problems, security incidents, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website where reasonably necessary.
